Mavis Moon’s Podcast and YouTube

It started with a daily practice that has made my relationship with God closer and more meaningful: the Examen. The Examen is an Ignatian prayer. (Ignatian means it comes from a tradition started by Saint Ignatius Loyola.) You can join me in the Examen by video or podcast. There is a long version (12 minutes—with explanations about the prompts) and a shorter one (6 minutes—with just the prompts).
