Back in 2005, Cori and I went to England for 3 weeks — I had an extra week of vacation for working at Pivot for 10 years. The trip was a dream! We also visited our family friend Sandra in the Netherlands, who was our au-pair when Zach was a 1-year-old.

One last stop—the Petrified Wood National Park, which includes the Painted Desert.

Stopped for a quick visit to Taos and Santa Fe.

Stopped at “The Mercantile” of Pioneer Woman fame on the way home.

It was a sunny day on Cadillac Mountain in Acadia. We lucked out!

Off to Acadia National Park. Foggy but beautiful.

Two more wonderful days with the Hoebekes.

Randy’s been watching YouTube videos and reading books about Gettysburg for around two years. He was a great guide for the park.
