Yearning and Indifference on a Country Road (Cows)

From a visit to my sister-in-law Pati's house in Tennessee in 2018. To the right, a neighbor had a bull. Across the road was a pasture full of cows. All day, the bull would cry and plead toward the cows. They seemed to say, "Oh, spare me." His yearning and their utter (udder--ha ha) indifference crack me up.
